Community Management Professionals Hosts Free Homeowner Board Conference
Orlando, FL March 26, 2009 - Community Management Professionals (CMP), an Associa Company, in Orlando, Florida will be hosting a free homeowner association board member leadership conference March 31, 2009. This free seminar is open to board members from self or professionally managed associations.
Board members will receive valuable information covering a variety of topics relevant to today’s community association industry. Local attorneys Eryn McConnell and Helena Malchow will be speaking about bank and association foreclosures. Lydia Gardner from the Orange County Clerk Office will be speaking about Updating Public Records. Local certified public accountant, Ron Cole, will be speaking on budgeting for losses. Industry professionals will be also speaking on timely topics such as abandoned properties and the role of the management company.
