Suzan came to CMP in 2007 looking to build a career in an industry that could benefit from her customer service skills as well as her extensive accounting background. Known as the "Wizard of Words" at CMP, her ability to resolve issues and conflicts with homeowners leaves clients satisfied that their issue was handled with care and until resolution. Suzan oversees the accounting department with a hands-on approach – helping our accounting professionals become the best that they can be. A leader by example, Suzan has worked to develop a working team relationship between accounting and operations. As a result, CMP clients enjoy a seamless, professional experience.

Suzan is a native of Florida and majored in Accounting at the University of Central Florida. She passed the CPA Exam and began practicing in Public Accounting before making a change to Private Accounting. For the last 12 years she has been working in the service industry. Suzan brings her operations and accounting background to CMP; her management specialties will play a major role in growing CMP in the Central Florida area.

Maureen joined CMP’s accounting department in April 2007. Her excellent training, motivational abilities and more than 20 years of experience in accounting, finance and management is invaluable in providing continual department and service improvement. She has made great strides making sure CMP’s associations are confident that the accounting is correct, every time.

Maureen majored in Accounting and received her MBA from the University of Phoenix. She is a Notary Public and a member of the Institute of Managerial Accountants. Maureen has never found a computer software program that she hasn't been able to master and is CMP’s in-house expert with TOPS/212° Software.

Patti joined the CMP family in July 2006 after 13 years of employment with a local gate company where she worked her way from Office Manager to Installation Coordinator then to Assistant Project Coordinator.

She has extensive experience in customer service, maintenance, installation, accounts receivable, accounts payable and human resources. As CMP’s Office Manager and HR Administrator, she oversees the daily operations of the administrative staff, assists the Maintenance Supervisor with maintenance issues, and manages all office demands and Human Resource issues.

She has lived in the Orlando area for 18 years.
